How long does shipping take?
48 hours to every Egyptian governorate, and 24 hours in Cairo and Giza for orders before 4pm. Shipping is free over EGP 1,200.
How do I find my size?
Every product page has a table measured in centimetres on the garment itself. Between two sizes, take the smaller one if you like a closer fit.
Can I exchange if the size is off?
Yes — free exchange or return within 14 days as long as the tag is on and the piece is unwashed. The courier collects it from you.
Is cash on delivery available?
Yes, in every governorate with no extra fee. We also take Visa, Mastercard, Vodafone Cash and InstaPay.
When does the drop go live?
Every Thursday at 9pm. Newsletter subscribers get the drop link an hour early.
Where are the pieces made?
Everything is made in our downtown workshop and inspected piece by piece before packing.
